Jamie – Lack of self confidence is definitely obvious. You can’t be the type of person who lets others walk all over you. It’s one of those things that develops over time. The more you believe in yourself, the more others will believe in you, too.

It is funny because when I was out last night I ran into an old friend of mine. She called me a bookworm and that I lacked self confidence. It is funny but it can come through.

When you have self confidence in your work it shows. I guess you have to believe for someone else too.

Erica – I only imagine how daunting it is to switch careers. Keep working at the confidence issue, and always remember to believe in yourself. It sounds so cliche and corny, but you have to believe in yourself first before others will.
