Congratulations, Nikki! I am sure you will do great work at Identity. I imagine you'll learn a lot as well.

And don't listen to Henry, your blog is just fine. He just wants you to get a Tumblr.

Henry - You confirmed that comment isn't spam, but I'm still confused. Thanks anyway. ;)

Jamie - Lack of self confidence is definitely obvious. You can't be the type of person who lets others walk all over you. It's one of those things that develops over time. The more you believe in yourself, the more others will believe in you, too.

Rachel - Thank you so much! I really appreciate you saying that.

Nikki, you are wise beyond your years. You give great advice and Identity PR and their clients are lucky to be getting you on their team. I really look forward to seeing what you and the Identity PR folks come up with over the next few years.

It is funny because when I was out last night I ran into an old friend of mine. She called me a bookworm and that I lacked self confidence. It is funny but it can come through.

When you have self confidence in your work it shows. I guess you have to believe for someone else too.

I have a question about commenting on blogs. It says email won't be published. That's cool. But what does this Submit button do exactly?

Erica - I only imagine how daunting it is to switch careers. Keep working at the confidence issue, and always remember to believe in yourself. It sounds so cliche and corny, but you have to believe in yourself first before others will.

Linny - Thanks very much!
